Projects-II
The Projects - II wing of the Irrigation Department mainly deals with the planning, monitoring, and construction of dams and regulators, and also undertakes the maintenance of completed projects to improve the efficiency of projects in Kerala. The Projects - II wing is headed by the Chief Engineer. There are 3 circle offices which are fully controlled by the Chief Engineer and two circle offices which are partly controlled by the Chief Engineer, Projects - II. Each Circle office is headed by a Superintending Engineer. Under each circle office, there are Division Offices which are under the control of an Executive Engineer. Under each Division office, there are subdivision offices headed by the Assistant Executive Engineer, and under each subdivision Office, there are Section Offices headed by the Assistant Engineer.
