ലാസ്റ്റ് ഗ്രേഡ് ജീവനക്കാർക്കും സബോർഡിനേറ്റ് സർവ്വീസിൽ ഉൾപ്പെട്ട താഴ്ന്ന വിഭാഗം ജീവനക്കാർക്കും എൽ.ഡി ടൈപ്പിസ്റ്റ് തസ്തികയിലെ 10% ഒഴിവുകളിലേയ്ക്ക് സംയോജിത സംസ്ഥാനതല അന്തിമ മുൻഗണനാപട്ടികയിൽ നിന്ന് തസ്തികമാറ്റം വഴി നിയമനം നൽകി ഉത്തരവ് പുറപ്പെടുവിക്കുന്നു.
