Pandikandam Regulator Cum Bridge Kasaragod District

Regulator cum bridge at Pandikandam across Payaswini river is a multipurpose (Irrigation & Communication) scheme for the people of Muliyar, Kolathur and Bedadka villages implemented by Minor irrigation in Kasaragod district. This RCB provides necessary irrigation water for the agricultural lands on the banks of the Payaswini river covering 2010 acres of land area. This project also supplements water for Kerala Water Authority for Bavikkara water supply scheme during drought season. This was inaugurated by former Minister of Water Resources Sri. Mathew T. Thomas on May 19, 2018.
