Thrithala RCB is envisaged for irrigating 3997 Ha. land in Ottappalam taluk, irrigating 1887 Ha. area through lift irrigation and supplying drinking water to around 7 lakhs people in 22 grama panchayaths of Guruvayoor, Chavakkad and Kunnamkulam municipalities.
